Reservations and Arrivals
Services are available by appointment only. To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services, including free consultations.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete your client profile and prepare for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to the full service amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount to the credit card on file.
- For pre-purchased packages, a missed appointment will count as one session.
- For injectable appointments with our Registered Nurse, a $150 fee will be charged for missed appointments.
- Same-day bookings are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled, as they fall within the 24-hour window.
Late Arrivals
Each service is scheduled with a specific time allocation. Late arrivals may limit your treatment time to avoid delays for other guests. Please note that full charges still apply, and treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.
Medical Spa Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or third-party gift cards/certificates.
Pricing, Returns & Refunds
- Prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time, without notice. This applies to single sessions, packages, and promotional pricing.
- There are no refunds for services that have been provided or for packages that have been purchased.
- If you choose not to continue with a purchased package, a clinic credit will be issued for the remaining balance, which can be applied toward other services.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unopened.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on treatment packages once purchased.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal or certified cheques, money orders, third-party gift cards, or prepaid credit cards. All credit cards must be physically present, and the ID must match the name on the card.
Online Booking
When booking online, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will be booked with the next available provider/room.
